What Restock does

Restock sits on top of Shopify’s native inventory tools and tells you what to reorder, how much, and when. It forecasts sales velocity per SKU, tracks stock across locations, and flags items at risk of stocking out.

Common questions

Why don’t I see any reorder recommendations yet?

Forecasts are built from recent order history. A brand-new store, or one with no recent sales for a product, will show “No recent sales” until there is enough data. Variants with inventory tracking turned off are never reorder-flagged.

How is “days of stock left” calculated?

We divide current on-hand inventory by your recent daily sales velocity (selectable 30/60/90-day window). You can tune lead time and safety stock — shop-wide or per variant — under Settings to control when an item is flagged for reorder.

How do I change or cancel my plan?

Open the Plans page inside the app to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time — no need to contact us.

Billing

Restock is billed through Shopify, so charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice. New installs include a 14-day free trial. Manage your subscription from the Plans page in the app.
